My artwork, "Patterns of Life," primarily focuses on patterns and how they relate to our daily lives. I use primary aspects from Somali and Ethiopian culture to convey this idea. - Tibeb Sirak
Patterns are a repetitive sequence of behaviour, thoughts, or emotions that shape our lives. They can be positive and negative, but we often find ourselves stuck in negative patterns that hold us back from reaching our full potential.
My artwork, “Patterns of Life,” primarily focuses on patterns and how they relate to our daily lives. I use primary aspects from Somali and Ethiopian culture to convey this idea. I aim to unearth the fundamental truths that bond us as a species by committing myself to studying these patterns. By employing colour harmony, texture symphony, or shape repetition, my art offers a visual reflection on the diversity and beauty of life itself.
